Lindsey is a one of a kind. Through all the years I’ve known her she has always been empathetic, kind & compassionate in every role that she has taken on.

In recent years she’s had to endure some of life’s toughest tests and her ability to use her mindfulness during these situations is no doubt one of the main reasons she got through them. Only she could take those testing life experiences and turn them into a positive influence to help others. To be a ray of light when someone is in their darkest place.

Her teaching is adaptable to anyone of any age, religion, or background. Her easy to understand genuine humble and calming personality ensures her participants feel comfortable and at ease during sessions with no expectations. A real professional, who is caring, knowledgeable and delivers and shares practices to support your day to day awareness of the beauty of living your life in the present moment. Highly recommended.

Lindsey is an amazing mindfulness coach. Her ability to speak calmly and gently to sooth the soul, and help her clients into a place of healing and wellbeing, is worth celebrating.
I have had the privilege of experiencing first-hand Lindsey’s mindfulness support, which has really helped me in both my personal and professional aspects of life.
Lindsey’s preparation and deliverance or each session produce confident, well-thought-through and relevant benefits to each personal experience.
The challenges Lindsey has had to face in her own personal life, have made the mindfulness she offers others all the more personal and meaningful, and this comes across in the way she delivers and leads her client forward on their journey through to a better place.
Lindsey, being a wife and mother, as well as a sibling and friend to many, means she can identify with lots of people from many walks of life.
Lindsey is patient, caring, has a naturally-beautiful Irish lilt to her voice, which brings its own benefits, and she will give so much of herself to help others.
I believe Lindsey has really found her niche in offering mindfulness as an experience, a course, a way of life, and a real benefit in times of need. Lindsey is very good at what she does.
